(referred to as "the Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides various logistics and delivery services including, but not limited to, same-day delivery, expedited parcel services, last-mile delivery solutions, urgent document delivery, e-commerce fulfilment, and B2B/B2C delivery across the United Kingdom. All services are subject to vehicle availability, operational capacity, and prevailing traffic/weather conditions.
2. User Responsibilities
2.1. Accurate Information
Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding shipments, including sender and recipient details, precise addresses, package dimensions, weight, and contents. Misinformation may lead to delays, additional charges, or refusal of service.
2.2. Prohibited Items
Users must not request the transport of prohibited items, including but not limited to, hazardous materials, illegal goods, firearms, live animals, perishable goods without prior arrangement, or items exceeding our dimensional/weight limits. A full list of prohibited items is available upon request and forms part of our service agreement.
2.3. Packaging
All items must be appropriately packaged for safe transport, considering their nature, weight, and fragility. The Company accepts no liability for damage caused by insufficient or improper packaging.
3. Pricing and Payments
Service charges are based on factors such as distance, item weight and dimensions, urgency, and any special handling requirements. Quotes provided are estimates and may be adjusted based on actual conditions. Payments are due as per the agreed terms (e.g., upfront, net 30 days). Late payments may incur interest and administrative charges.
4. Liability and Insurance
Our liability for loss or damage to goods is limited. We carry standard carrier liability insurance, the details of which are available upon request. Customers are encouraged to arrange additional insurance for high-value items. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business interruption.
5. Delays and Force Majeure
While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, unforeseen traffic conditions, or governmental actions. In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to complete delivery as soon as practicable.
6. Returns and Undeliverable Items
In the event a package cannot be successfully delivered (e.g., incorrect address, recipient unavailable), we will attempt to contact the sender for further instructions. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery attempts or return to sender. Unclaimed or refused items may be disposed of after a reasonable period if no instructions are received.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal data collected during the provision of our services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR.
8. Intellectual Property
